Experiences of our VAN club

At VAN-Jorn we love campers. Building a custom camper is a wonderful journey that we go on together with the customer. And what could be more enjoyable than a satisfied customer? Well… a nice review. Read a small selection below.

Willem & Marlies

Travelling the world with the family in a camper? Yes of course that’s a good idea! Willem and Marlies opted for a bus with a sleeping pop-top for their two children. The bus also has plenty of room for the whole family. A belted bench has been placed behind the front seats, in the back you will find an outdoor shower for a quick refresher and of course, there is a lot of play and storage space under the parents’ bed.

Tips

Dare to choose a special colour for your interior

This one is from

Andrina & Robert-Jan

The freedom to go away for a weekend? You gain that with a bus camper, as Andrina and Robert-Jan have also discovered. The camper of these bon vivants is super homely: beautifully colourful, with a nice kitchen and many places to sit. The eye-catcher is the wooden extension on the outside of the bus. As a result, the width of the bed has been extended by 10 centimetres and therefore also Robert-Jan can nap comfortably.

"This was the only camper without chrome knobs and plastic fronts. So beautiful."

Tips

Choose a roof fan so that you even on hot days can let a nice breeze blow through the bus.

Marianne & Anneke

We built a unique modular camper for friends Marianne and Anneke. It has become a bus with two characters: you will find fragments of both ladies. A bed has been made under the pop-up roof, and a second bed in the back of the bus.

For Anneke, who is in a large electric wheelchair, the pedals have been adjusted and a large ramp has been built, so that she can also experience the freedom of camping.

"We came by for the first time, and I said you probably can't help us. Well, they could."

Our VAN-Jorn is a Peugeot Boxer of only 5.40 m long. Thanks to Jorn and his team, it is completely built to our taste and fully equipped! What a pleasant way of having a bus built: a nice mix of friendliness, passion and a businesslike approach. Compliments to Jorn and his team!

Eva, Jan & dog Qamar

With a panoramic view of the highway, dike street or country road, comfortable at the destination. Whether for vacation or for work, with our bus, Boxie, everything’s possible. Working, thinking, lounging about, enjoying nature, conversations with clients or just a passer-by, Jorn has arranged and tailored it for us. We can even handle bad weather.

The beautiful fabrics

This one is from

Evelien, Eveline & little Willem

We had been looking for a nice camper van for a while, in which we can travel with our little Willem. We came across Jorn through a newspaper report. Coincidentally, he was just building a camper van that we could buy! The base was already there and we were invited to think about the layout, the upholstery and all the extras. For example, Jorn has designed a super cute baby bed so that Willem can sleep comfortably above our footboard. We are very happy with the camper that looks nice from the outside as well as the inside, and is very practical to use. It is further doable on cold nights due to the good insulation. What is also nice is that we can still turn to Jorn after the purchase to change small things or to have them improved. The contact with Jorn goes smoothly, he thinks along with us, is reliable and keeps his promises!
